What is this all about? Canvas Rebel? Huh?
Recently, I had the incredible honor of being featured in a thoughtfully written article by Canvas Rebel, and I am truly so excited to finally share the final product with all of you.

Canvas Rebel approached me shortly after one of my shoots, and following an insightful interview they conducted with Stephanie of Money Moves Management. They asked me about the biggest risk I have taken throughout my career as a photographer. This was a difficult, yet surprisingly straightforward question to answer. The biggest risk, without a doubt, was this… starting my own photography business.
Starting a photography business was a significant risk, filled with uncertainty and excitement. I took the leap, leaving the security of traditional employment to pursue my passion for capturing authentic moments. The decision to open Andrea Michelle Photography meant stepping into the unknown, where every day presented new challenges and opportunities for creativity.
Embracing vulnerability was essential. I invested in learning and growing, seeking mentorship and advice from seasoned photographers who had forged their paths. This openness not only helped refine my skills but also connected me with a community that inspired and supported me.
